IGS Energy announced that it has acquired DPL Energy Resources, a subsidiary of DPL Inc. and retail affiliate supplier of the utility, The Dayton Power & Light Company, headquartered in Dayton, Ohio. The transaction became effective January 1, 2016.

IGS Energy announced that it has entered into an agreement to acquire Border Energy, a retail supplier of natural gas and electricity headquartered in Powell, Ohio.
