IGS is proud to announce that it has been ranked as number one in the “Best Places To Work-Extra Large (250 central Ohio companies)” by Columbus Business First. This is the second year in a row that IGS has received this award, as well as the first-place ranking in the “Extra-large” category.
On Thursday, October 25, IGS volunteers will visit Pittsburgh Allegheny Elementary School in Pittsburgh to put on a coat donation event for hundreds of kids in need. The event will pair volunteers with young students to help them try on, and go home with, a brand-new, warm winter coat. The gift of a new coat not only keeps a child warm, but provides a boost in self-esteem and the confidence to get to school on cold days.
IGS Energy partnered with the Chicago Bears and Chicago Gateway Green for the Save Da Planet sustainability event that took place at Southside Occupational Academy High School.
Lime, a bike transportation company, has launched a pilot program in Dublin, Ohio where they have stationed their bikes for commuters to use for free to bike to local locations, as opposed to driving. IGS Energy’s headquarters is one of the locations where the bicycles are stationed.
