Dublin, OH-- IGS Energy is working with Arbor Day Foundation to plant a tree for every new Like the company’s Facebook page receives during Earth Week, April 21st through April 25th. As a company committed to efforts that will improve the way we manage our natural resources, IGS Energy is dedicated to planting up to 2,000 trees in the United States through the Arbor Day Foundation to inspire awareness and appreciation for the Earth’s natural environment.
Founded in 1972, Arbor Day Foundation is a highly-accredited foundation designed to promote tree planting and care. In one year, an acre of trees can absorb as much carbon produced by a car driven up to 8,700 miles, and one tree provides oxygen for up to four people in one day.
