Keep Your Home Running Smoothly

When something fails, not only are you responsible for the critical lines, pipes, and wires inside your home, but in most cases, also those same lines outside of your home, too. Repair costs to these gas, electric, water, and sewer lines outside your home can really add up—which is why this plan covers ALL the essentials that keep your home running smoothly.

Total Line Protection Plan

INSIDE & OUTSIDE YOUR HOME

Inside & Outside Gas Lines

Most of the gas lines in and around your home are made up of iron pipes and fittings which can rust and leak over time. And, in many areas, homeowners are responsible for the natural gas line that runs from the road to your home’s foundation. From your house and surrounding areas settling, to moisture, and all the line connections, these lines can fail due to normal wear and tear.

Here are some of the failures we’ll take care of for you. For a complete list of protected failures, check out our Service Agreement.

Inside & Outside Electric Lines

From the circuit breakers and all the wires woven between your walls, to the outlets and switches throughout your home, the electricity in your house may be prone to fail through normal wear and tear, and can be upset by power surges and repetitive use.  Outside your home you are responsible for many of the components that allow your home to get electricity, too.

Here are some of the failures we’ll take care of for you. For a complete list of protected failures, check out our Service Agreement.

Inside & Outside Water Lines

A home’s network of water supply lines is complex, weaving around corners, tees, and valves, there is a lot of room for issue. Also, from the road to your home, under all your grass, are water pipes that you are responsible for. Sediment build up, air pockets, and constant pressure needed to get that water to your second-floor shower are just some of the things outside water lines put up with every day. Using your water multiple times a day adds up, and these lines can fail due to normal wear and tear.

Inside & Outside Sewer Lines

Over time the drains throughout your home—under the floor and behind the walls—are subject to corrosion and wear and tear-related damage. Additionally, outside your home, your drain lines are buried deep under your property, but between the road and your house, those lines are your responsibility. All the wear and tear these lines take to keep your home running smoothly can add up.
