    Inside Utility Lines

The foundational elements of our plans protect your home’s major inside utility lines, which act as the hub of your home. Your inside gas, electric, water, and sewer lines are critical, and you rely on them to keep your house in working order. These pipes and wires running through your house work hard to keep power, water, and heat at your fingertips. Over time and with repetitive use, these lines can fail from normal wear and tear.

Here are some of the failures we’ll take care of for you. For a complete list of protected failures, check out our Service Agreement.

    Outside Utility Lines

Along with your interior lines, you are responsible for those same lines outside of your home when something fails, too. Repair costs to these gas, electric, water, and sewer lines outside your home can really add up. Homeowners are responsible for these lines where their local utility leaves responsibility, which is typically at the main (near the street).

    Heating & Cooling Systems

Furnaces or boilers, air conditioning units or heat pumps, and water heaters, all work hard to keep your home comfortable. Systems that cycle on and off repetitively can tend to fail over time through normal wear and tear. All these systems have many moving parts and delicate components—that, when running these machines throughout the year—can fail from normal use.

Here are some of the failures we’ll take care of for you. For a complete list of protected failures, check out our Service Agreement.
