Interstate Gas Supply, LLC, d/b/a IGS Energy and its affiliates (“IGS,” “we,” “us,” “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy (the “Privacy Policy” or “Policy”) describes how we collect, use, and disclose your Personal Information (as defined below) and how to exercise any rights you might have with respect to this information.

Applicability
This Privacy Policy describes our policy for information we collect through our website(s), microsite(s), mobile website(s), and mobile applications ("apps") (collectively, “Sites”) and information we collect about you through any other means to provide our services or perform other business activities (collectively, “Services”). It does not apply to Personal Information we collect from or about job applicants, employees, or independent contractors.
Privacy Policy Changes
This Privacy Policy is subject to change. It is your responsibility to review the Policy for any changes. Unless otherwise stated, changes will be effective immediately upon posting and you accept the changes by continuing to use our Sites or Services. Usage Data and Site Activity
We automatically collect information in connection with the actions you take on our Sites (“Usage Data”) to help us estimate our audience size and usage patterns, recognize when you return to our Sites, customize out Sites according to your interests, and speed up your searches. We may collect Personal Information from third-party data sources such as data brokers, marketing and sales agencies or partners, analytics firms, government agencies, utilities, other customers or consumers, and credit reporting agencies.

Submitting a Request

We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but no longer than what is required by applicable law. For certain request types, you must provide required information and/or documentation to verify your identity.
If you are an authorized agent submitting a request on behalf of a consumer, a copy of a lawful power or attorney or written authorization from the consumer (along with proof of your identity) will be required after the submission of the original request.
